Fue productora general y directora editorial del programa de televisión Good Morning America, directora editorial de la revista Consumer Reports, y vicepresidente y jefa editorial de la revista Reader's Digest. Actualmente es la directora de operaciones digitales de la fundación Peter G. Peterson. Vive en la ciudad de Nueva York.

Mi Opinión
Jaqueline nos ofrece todo que queremos saber sobre el número siete. Siete es perfección, al menos es lo que siempre he escuchado. Siete es el número de la suerte. Siete simplemente suena bien. ¿Cuántas expresiones sobre el siete has oido a lo largo de tu vida?
"Siete" abarca cada aspecto de nuestras vidas en siete diferentes capitulos: sencillez, felicidad, amor, aprendizaje, ganar, vida, y asombro. Nos ofrece interesantes hechos, información, historias de celebridades, fotos, juegos y hasta recetas, como "El pastel de 7 capas"
¿Sabías que necesitas barajear las cartas 7 veces para que se consideren perfectamente revueltas? ¿Sabías que entre cientos de recetas en un libro de cocina, siempre regresamos a las mismas 7 una y otra vez? Yo no lo sabía hasta ahora. Tú encontrarás trivia como esta y muchas cosas mas en este divertido libro. Después de leerlo comprendo porque siempre he pensado que el 7 es mi número de la suerte y bueno, hasta tengo dos sietes en mi fecha de cumpleaños!

Jaqueline Leo has held a number of high-level position in publishing and television. She founded and launched Child magazine in 1986, and went on to be editor in chief of Family Circle magazine and editorial director of the New York Times Women's Magazine Group where she launched Fitness magazine. She was senior producer and editorial director of ABC's Good Morning America; editorial director for Consumer Reports magazine; and vice president and editor in chief of Reader's Digest. My Opinion
Jacqueline Leo regales us with everything we need to know about the number seven. Seven is perfection, at least that is what I have always heard. Seven is the lucky number. Seven just sounds right. How many expressions about seven have you heard in your life?
"7" touches on every area of our lives through siete chapters titled; simplicity, happiness, love, learning, winning, life, and wonder. She showers us with fun facts, data, celebrities' stories, pictures, puzzles, even recipes, like Seven-layered Cake!
Do you know that it takes seven rounds of shuffling to obtain a fully mixed deck of cards? Or that out of hundreds of recipes in a cookbook, people return to the same seven over and over? I didn't. You will find facts like these and much more in this fun book. I enjoyed knowing more about, well, seven! Now I understand a little more why I've always thought 7 was my lucky number, yes?! I even have two sevens in my birthday!
