Centro de Actividades marca Evenflo, que fueron vendidos en tiendas de departamentos en todo el país, incluyendo Toys R’us, y Burlington Baby Depot, de octubre del 2006 a febrero del 2009. Peligro: Cuando se usa como mesa de actividades la tapa de uno de los extremos se puede aflojar, y provocar la caída del niño.¿Qué hacer?: Dejar de usar la mesa inmediatamente.  Silla de comer para niños 3-en-1 marca Fisher-Price, vendida exclusivamente en Target de todo el país, de diciembre del 2008 a marzo del 2009. Peligro: La silla puede caerse hacia atrás de la estructura, si el presillo se desengancha cuando el niño esta sentado en ella. El respaldo puede separarse si no está bien abrochado en su sitio. ¿Qué hacer?: Dejar de usar la silla inmediatamente y comunicarse con Fisher Price para obtener instrucciones y un kit de reparación gratuito.  Silla de comer Majestic de la marca Evenflo, vendida en tiendas departamentales y de productos para niños. Incluye Toys “R” Us, Babies “R” Us, Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory; de enero del 2007 a marzo del 2009. Peligro: Las tapas de plástico y tornillos de metal que se encuentran a ambos lados de la silla se pueden aflojar y desprender, lo que provoca que el respaldo se desprenda provocando la caída del niño. Las piezas sueltas plantean un peligro de atragantamiento. ¿Qué hacer?: Dejar de usar la silla inmediatamente y comunicarse con Evenflo (800) 233 5921 ó visitar la página web www.evenflo.com

 Cunas producidas por Jardine Enterprises, vendidas en Babies “R” Us. Peligro: Las barras de madera se pueden romper, creando un espacio que puede presentar peligro de atrapamiento o asfixia. ¿Qué hacer?: Dejar de usar la cuna inmediatamente y comunicarse con Jardine para recibir  un crédito para la compra de una cuna nueva. Evenflo ExerSaucer Triple Fun Activity Center, sold in department stores nation wide including Toys ‘R’ Us and Burlington Baby Depot, from October 2006 to February 2009. Hazard:  The end cap can come off, causing a child to fall.  What to do?:  Stop using the exersaucer and call Evenflo to get a new end cap. (800) 233 5921 www.exersaucertriplefun.com

 Fisher Price 3-in-1 High Chair, sold exclusively in Target from  December 2008 to March 2009. Hazard:  The seat can fall backward from high chair frame if the booster seat release is unlatched while the child is in the product.  Also, the seat back can detach if not fully snapped in place.  What to do?:  Stop using the product and contact Fisher Price for instructions and a free repair kit.  Evenflo Magestic, high chair sold in department stores nation wide, including Toys ‘R’ Us, Babies ‘R’ Us, Walmart, Burlington Coat Factory from January 2007 to March 2009. Hazard: Plastic caps and metal screws on both sides of the high chair can loosen and fall out, allowing the seatback to suddenly fall back or detach from the high chair. Children can fall backward or fall out of the high chair.  Detached hardware also poses a choking hazard to children.  What to do?: Stop using the product and call Evenflo (800) 233 5921

 Jardine Enterprises Cribs sold at Babies ‘R’ Us. Hazard:  The wooden crib slats can break, creating a gap, which can pose an entrapment and strangulation hazard to infants and toddlers. What to do:  Immediately stop using the recalled cribs and contact Jardine to receive a full credit toward the purchase of a new crib.   2. You're welcome Tracy. You know, there are recalls all the time but, to be honest, I can hardly find some time to check them, so I though that maybe another moms are in the same situation. This is just to make our lives a little easier.

    De nada Tracy. Hay recalls regularmente, pero para ser honesta casi no tengo tiempo para checarlos y pense que tal vez otras mamas estarian en la misma situacion que yo, asi que los publicare regularmente para aligerar nuestras vidas un poco.
